The Builders Circle — Bull Run Consulting

The Builders Circle is the official affiliate partnership program operated by Bull Run Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the program, you ("Affiliate," "Partner," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The program enables approved partners to earn recurring commissions by referring qualified leads — including founders, operators, agencies, and consultants — to Bull Run Consulting's services and subscription plans.
To participate in The Builders Circle, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) submit a complete affiliate application through our official application form; (c) provide accurate and truthful information during the application process; (d) agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Approval is at the sole discretion of Bull Run Consulting. We reserve the right to reject or revoke any application or membership at any time, with or without cause.
Approved affiliates earn a 30% recurring commission on all monthly and annual subscription plans purchased by referred clients. Commissions are calculated based on the net revenue received by Bull Run Consulting after any applicable refunds, chargebacks, or discounts. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. There is no cap on the total commissions an affiliate may earn.
Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links provided through your partner dashboard. A 30-day cookie window applies to all referral links. If a referred visitor makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your link, the referral is attributed to your account. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Bull Run Consulting's tracking system is the sole authority for determining referral attribution, and all tracking decisions are final.
Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, subject to a 30-day client retention window. This means a referred client must remain an active, paying subscriber for at least 30 days before the associated commission becomes eligible for payout. The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Payouts are processed via direct bank transfer or PayPal, as selected in your dashboard settings. Bull Run Consulting is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Affiliates are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on commission income.
Affiliates must promote Bull Run Consulting in a professional, truthful, and ethical manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited: (a) making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our services; (b) using spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive advertising; (c) bidding on Bull Run Consulting's branded keywords in paid search campaigns without prior written approval; (d) using any method that could damage the reputation or brand of Bull Run Consulting; (e) creating websites or content that could be confused with official Bull Run Consulting properties. Approved marketing materials and brand guidelines are available in your partner dashboard.
Bull Run Consulting grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our approved logos, trademarks, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services under this program. You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Bull Run Consulting.
As a participant in The Builders Circle, you may receive access to confidential information including but not limited to commission structures, internal strategies, marketing materials, and partner communications. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Bull Run Consulting.
Either party may terminate this affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination: (a) all referral links will be deactivated immediately; (b) any pending commissions that have passed the 30-day retention window will be paid out in the next scheduled payout cycle; (c) commissions on referrals that have not yet completed the retention window are forfeited; (d) you must immediately cease all use of Bull Run Consulting's intellectual property and marketing materials. Bull Run Consulting reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account immediately for violation of these terms.
Bull Run Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this affiliate program. Our total liability to any affiliate shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that affiliate in the 12 months preceding the claim. The program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Bull Run Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the partner dashboard with at least 30 days' notice. Continued participation in the program after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
